Install oil filter and M-20 oil/air separator on a Continental C-85. This installation was on a Stinson; however the 337 may be a valid model for any aircraft that has a C-85 installed. |

| Oil Gauge Replacement |
Replace the gauge in a Lycoming conversion with a LED gauge: OL-100-TK manufactured by Aerospace Logic. The original gauge for this MacKenzie conversion was out of a Piper PA-18; replacements are not available, and this was the only guage available. Althogh the new gauge is approved for 699 different aircraft, Luscombe Lycoming conversions are not on the list. |

This is a follow-up 337 to the one issued in 1947. It updates the electrical system to 12V from 6V. Also covers installation of shoulder harnesses, recovering wings with Ceconite, and repairing corrosion damage done caused by mice. Remove 4 inch venturi, suction gauge and valve. Replaced with 2 in. Sperry venturi. Add EBC 502 ELT. Installed 2 ea. 4.5 gal Timm tanks. Replaced 6V wing tip lights with 12V strobe lights. |
